Muscular Dystrophy Campaign

Muscular Dystrophy Campaign
Muscular dystrophy is a cruel condition that gradually wastes and weakens muscles, making it hard to do even the simplest of tasks. It robs children and adults of their strength and can affect muscles in the face, arms and legs. For parents of children with muscular dystrophy, they have to watch their child become weaker and weaker as they get older. Many children with the condition die before reaching adulthood. There is no cure.

What does the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign do?

The Muscular Dystrophy Campaign is the leading UK charity focusing on all muscle diseases. We have pioneered the search for a treatment and cure for 50 years and are dedicated to improving the lives of all the 60,000 people affected by muscular dystrophy . We rely entirely upon voluntary donations to support our vital work.
